Keeps crashing and app support offers no support.

This is my second review since the issues have not been adressed nor fixed by the developers.

The app keep crashing/closing down unexpectedly in either modes.

Its pretty annoying that the solutions offered by the app support team (removing and reinstalling the app were the exact steps I tried before contacting them) did not resolve the issue at all.
NOTHING CHANGED OR GOT FIXED!!!

Crashing 70% of the time is not acceptable.

Fixing this "glitch" is primordial!

Please fix these issues ASAP!
